These loaves made by using only organic ingredients such as our homemade sourdough, sunflower seeds, and a light flavor of agave nectar to give it a delicious flavor in each slice. With only 50 calories per slice and free of chemicals, preservatives and GMO's this is one of our favorites.

Made with 100% whole wheat stone-ground flour, organic sourdough made from scratch cracked wheat, and the top covered with organic wheat bran.

Our Artisan New York Jewish Rye is very low in carbs and made only with unbleached and bromide free flour, and a mix of our organic homemade sourdough. To add a unique flavor to our bread we use delicate caraway seeds.
